Andrea E. Watters was honored to be named as one of five “Young Guns: Top Trial Lawyers” for the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. Andrea has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar settlements and obtained multi-million dollar civil jury trial verdicts. Her jury verdict in Minium v. Caitlin Day Watters

Caitlin dAY WATTERS

Caitlin Day Watters worked as a civil litigator at the defense firm, Rusing Lopez & Lizardi before joining Watters Law. There she worked on a wide range of cases from personal injury to State of Arizona defense cases, and contract issues. Before joining the private world, Caitlin was a Deputy County Attorney for the Pima County Attorney’s Office. Caitlin worked in the Domestic Violence and Animal Welfare Units and tried dozens of cases including multiple trials.

  • As a Lead Law Clerk at the Pima County Juvenile Court, Caitlin worked closely with judges by assisting with legal research and writing under advisement rulings. While in law school, Caitlin was a legal extern on the Judiciary Committee for Senator Flake in Washington D.C., where she assisted Senator Flake with research projects regarding issues facing Arizona, specifically immigration, opiates, human trafficking across the border, and environmental issues.

    Personal:

    Caitlin is a cowgirl at heart and thoroughly enjoys horseback riding. In her free time, Caitlin is a workout instructor at YogaPod. She is an avid golfer and swimmer and enjoys traveling and reading.

Charlotte Watters

Charlotte watters

Before joining Watters Law, Charlotte was a litigator in the construction practice group at a full-service law firm in Birmingham, Alabama. She represented owners, contractors, and engineers in a variety of complex commercial construction and renewable energy matters, nationally and internationally. She has represented clients in state and federal court and before the American Arbitration Association and the International Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to her dispute resolution work, she also advises clients on a range of other legal matters, including state and federal regulatory compliance in the solar industry, corporate structuring and management, OSHA compliance, and contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.

  • Before law school, Charlotte studied at Oxford University and the University of Edinburgh and worked in Scottish Parliament. Charlotte is a proud native Tucsonan and enjoys playing tennis and spending time outdoors with her dogs.
