Minium v. Pillar Communities The jury returned a $3.3 million jury verdict in favor of our client after she was injured from a toxic mold exposure. At the time of this verdict, this was the single largest personal injury verdict in a toxic mold case.

Andrea E. Watters is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Arizona Association for Justice, the Arizona Women Lawyers Association and the State Bars in Illinois and Arizona.  Andrea has also been sworn in to appear before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and federal District Courts in Arizona and California.

Andrea has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar settlements and obtained multi-million dollar civil jury trial verdicts. Her jury verdict in Minium v. Pillar Condominiums is considered the largest personal injury jury verdict reached in a mold exposure case.
